Shipping is free on every order. Orders ship out within 5–14 days. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not thrilled with your SplashKarts, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund. Items should be in their original condition and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Just contact us and we'll send you simple return instructions.

1-year warranty

Every SplashKarts is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything goes wrong with the motor, battery or float, reach out and we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
